Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandise presentation, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
