Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Helps customers and handles customer relations issues according to company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
