Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance and customer service, including opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while protecting customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
