Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves relations issues according to company policy, and protects customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
