Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store execution and customer service, and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes promotional displays, inventory, and department resets.
