Leads store staff and daily operations in support of CVS store management, customer service, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; handles store operations and opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
