Leads store staff and daily operations on assigned shifts, supports customer service and merchandising, and completes opening and closing procedures when management is offsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and resolves customer-relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
