Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports store operations and customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes displays, inventory, and department resets.
