Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations, and helps deliver customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage promotional and seasonal displays, and reset departments following POGs.
