About the job
Leads store staff in the absence of management, supports store operations and customer service, and completes merchandise and opening or closing tasks.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve issues according to company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
