Leads store staff when management is absent, supports store execution and customer service, and ensures opening, closing, and merchandising tasks are completed.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and signage, manage inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
