Leads store staff in daily operations, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
