Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is unavailable, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays, and resets departments following POGs.
