Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signage, manages inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
