Leads store staff and daily operations on assigned shifts, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented according to store standards.
What you'll do
- Directs and follows up on crew activities, communicates with store management, and oversees opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
