Leads store operations and staff in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities, and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
