Leads store staff when management is unavailable, supports store operations and customer service, and completes merchandising and opening or closing tasks.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and signs, manages inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
