Leads store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, supports store performance and customer service, and ensures smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Helps customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; maintains displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
