Leads store operations and staff on assigned shifts, supports customer service and merchandise presentation, and completes opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues according to company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
