Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while protecting confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute promotional and seasonal displays, and reset departments following POGs.
