Leads store staff when management is absent, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, assists customers, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory activities, and resets departments following POGs.
