Leads store staff in daily operations, customer service, merchandise presentation, and opening and closing procedures when store management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes displays, promotional inventory, and department resets.
