Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports store operations and customer service, and carries out merchandising and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, sets promotional displays, and resets departments following POGs.
