Leads store staff in the absence of management, supports store operations and customer service, and oversees merchandising and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Help customers, handle customer relations issues, and maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments according to POGs.
