Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management while supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues under company policy, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signage, manages promotional and seasonal inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
