Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; maintains promotional displays, inventory, and department layouts.
