Leads store staff and daily operations, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented according to store standards.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
