Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store management, customer service, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Helps customers, resolves customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
