Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports daily operations and customer service, and ensures opening, closing, and merchandising tasks are completed.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; execute displays, inventory, and department resets.
