About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, while supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and promotes a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
