Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Helps customers, handles customer relations issues according to company policy, and protects customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
