Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is unavailable, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory activities, and reset departments following POGs.
