Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of management, supports customer service, and oversees merchandise presentation and store opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages displays and inventory, and resets departments according to POGs.
