Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and helps deliver customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage promotional displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
