Leads store staff in daily operations and customer service, supports store performance, and completes opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities while communicating with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
