Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, coordinating with store management and completing opening and closing procedures when needed.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; execute displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
