Leads store staff and daily operations in support of CVS Store Management, while maintaining customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; handles opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Stocks and prices merchandise and executes displays, promotions, inventory, and department resets.
