Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and protects customer/patient confidentiality.
- Stocks and prices merchandise; executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
