Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store management, customer service, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate store crew activities, communicate with management, and complete opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, maintain displays and signage, manage promotional and seasonal inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
