Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and oversees merchandising and store presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and protects customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes promotional displays, inventory, and department resets.
