About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management while supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; supports store management and communicates with staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer-relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
