Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise and displays.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports store management and completes opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
