Leads store staff when management is absent, supports store operations and customer service, and completes merchandising and opening and closing tasks.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
