Leads store staff in the absence of management, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and promotes customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages displays and signage, and resets departments following POGs.
