About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and completes merchandising and opening or closing tasks.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves service issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Stocks and prices merchandise, maintains promotional and seasonal displays, and resets departments following POGs.
