Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked, priced, and presented correctly.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, inventory, and department resets.
