Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; completes opening and closing procedures when needed.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
