About the job
Leads store staff in day-to-day operations, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities while communicating with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, promotional and seasonal inventory, and department resets.
