About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and helps maintain merchandise and displays.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
