Leads store staff in the absence of management, supports daily store operations, and helps deliver customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues according to company policy.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and signage, and reset departments following POGs.
